Gunite nozzle, 2" complete gunite nozzle assembly for high velocity spray application of gunite materials (sand/cement/water). The GSW gunite nozzle features steel nozzle tip, rubber liner with special formulation for longer service life. The gunite nozzle assembly also includes gunite nozzle body, water ring, and backup washer. This is the style of nozzle used in gunite material deliver in which dry or dampened sand and cement are pushed through hoses to reach the gunite nozzle, while water is also allowed to flow into the nozzle. The affect created by the gunite nozzle with the control of a skilled nozzleman is the almost instant mixing of the sand / cement combination (gunite material dry) with the water allowing for high velocity spraying of a resulting concrete mortar onto the construction surface.
